No - This course is aimed at beginners or others wanting to quickly learn / improve their overall core skills.
Yes - Because we all learn at our own pace, this is not a drip feed course. However, we still strongly suggest you work systematically through the course in order of play.
Because too many fly tiers take years to haphazardly pick up the core skills by reading books and watching YouTube videos on pattern tying (usually poorly presented and explained). This course cuts to the chase by teaching the core skills without the distraction of pattern tying.
